We are not a booking platform or a network of agencies. Leoeventi is an Italian planning studio, and every elopement we offer is planned directly with us, from the first email to the moment you say “I do”.
For almost twenty years we have planned elopements and intimate weddings across Italy. We know the territory, the venues and the people who make each place special, and we only work with professionals we have chosen and trusted over time.
Our packages are a starting point, not a cage. You can choose from our trusted vendors or bring your own photographer, florist or musician, and we will coordinate everyone seamlessly.

Every package includes a private ceremony location, a celebrant with a customisable ceremony script, a professional photographer, a bridal bouquet and boutonnière, and on-site coordination by our own team. Each destination adds its own signature experience, such as a wooden boat tour on Lake Como or a gondola ride in Venice.
Yes. Our packages are a starting point: you can add services such as videography, hair and makeup or a private dinner, and you are free to choose our trusted vendors or bring your own.
All our prices include taxes, and every inclusion is clearly listed. Your travel and accommodation are not included, except in our Rome package, which includes one night in a luxury suite.
Our packages are designed for two, but guests are welcome. If you wish to invite family or friends, we plan seating, transport and logistics properly, with a tailored quote.
All our outdoor ceremonies include a guaranteed Plan B, so your day remains beautiful whatever the weather.
Our packages are designed for symbolic ceremonies, which offer complete freedom of location and words. If you wish to marry legally in Italy, we can arrange a civil ceremony and assist you with all the required paperwork.

If you are flexible with your date and ceremony location, two to three months can be enough to plan a beautiful elopement. For our Signature Collections and iconic villas such as Villa del Balbianello, we recommend booking more than a year in advance, as availability is very limited.
