Bianca and Maximiliano envisioned a private and meaningful experience — just the two of them — and Villa Passalacqua offered exactly the level of exclusivity and atmosphere they were looking for.
The couple stayed at the hotel, allowing the entire day to unfold seamlessly within the villa’s historic walls and gardens.
Getting Ready at Villa Passalacqua
Bianca got ready in one of the hotel’s elegant suites, surrounded by the calm and beauty that define Villa Passalacqua. The morning was dedicated to bridal portraits, capturing quiet moments before the ceremony, with natural light filtering through the villa’s refined interiors.
Shortly after, Bianca and Maximiliano shared an emotional first look at the foot of the hotel’s iconic main staircase — a striking architectural backdrop that made this moment particularly special.
A Deeply Personal Ceremony
The symbolic ceremony was held on the grounds of Villa Passalacqua, overlooking the lake. Acting as their celebrant, I had the honor of guiding Bianca and Maximiliano through a ceremony that was both heartfelt and intimate.
Bianca read their vows, words filled with emotion and sincerity. During this moment, I stepped aside to give the couple complete privacy — allowing them to truly experience their vows without interruption. It was a powerful and moving exchange, perfectly aligned with the spirit of an elopement.
Photoshoot Between Villa and Lake
Following the ceremony, the photographer guided the couple through a photoshoot across the most beautiful corners of Villa Passalacqua — from the gardens to the terraces overlooking the lake. Every space within the villa offers a unique perspective, making it an extraordinary location not only for a ceremony, but also for timeless wedding photography.
To complete the experience, we organized a private boat ride on Lake Como. Photographing the couple on the water, with Villa Passalacqua and the iconic lakeside villas in the background, is an essential part of any Lake Como elopement — and one of the most evocative moments of the day.
A Private Dinner with a View
After the boat ride, Bianca and Maximiliano returned to Villa Passalacqua for a private, candlelit dinner. One of the privileges of this exceptional property is the possibility to organize intimate dining experiences away from other guests.
A beautifully set table overlooking the lake, fresh white roses, and impeccable service created the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.
